And just under 30 years later, Construction Kaiser Limited is one of the most respected indigenous and integrous companies in Nigeria with over 200 employees.
With a business spanning three decades, notable board positions, leading social enterprises for Nigeria's youth, Igbuan also tackles the most pressing complex geopolitical and social issues of the country through exemplary leadership via the Nigerian-German Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Governing Council of the Federation of Construction Industry.
To hold yourself and everyone else around you to uncompromisingly high standards is not seen in parts of the world with no economic or social threats. But to do so in a country where such standards didn't exist, takes immense courage, vision, and honour.
