I-Lien Chen
I-Lien is a dynamic, purposeful millennial with 7 years of global experience, notably in EMEA and APAC. She is passionate about empowering people and organizations to become the best of themselves with digital transformation, growth mindset, alliances and mindfulness.
Currently based in Paris, France, she works as Partner Business Manager for SAP Concur, helping partners deliver value and maximise revenue across EMEA. She is also a Diversity and Inclusion ambassador, devoting herself to several Employee Network Groups such as Business Women's Network, and PanAsians@SAP EMEA.
Holding an MBA from France and a master’s degree in international communication studies from Taiwan, she ceaselessly takes on new challenges as means of growth and reinvention to step up in her personal development. With her career path evolving from journalism, digital marketing to channel sales across different continents, as an avid traveler, and as an aspiring hypnotherapist, she is fascinated by the depths of our consciousness, cultures, languages, and cross-cultural communications.
She has been practising mindfulness for years, and she is committed to help others on the evolution of our heart and compassion to align with our technological advancements. She is people-oriented, and she finds her life purpose in being of service to others and bringing light to their highest potential.
