If we want to see the change we wish to see in the world, we must start inside, with ourselves. We must start with love. We must continue to challenge ourselves, and our community, to be better listeners and better advocates for one another. When you see or witness an injustice, no matter how slight, say something; speak up. Understanding leads to true empathy, true love, and right action. No more microaggressions*. No more “racism or inequality doesn’t exist” statements.
Together, we must ACTION. Let’s do better TOGETHER. The time is now. Becoming a better ally begins with making a long-term commitment to educating yourself on the dynamic realities marginalized people face. We are sharing this guide for those with social privilege to understand the wide range of ways to use that privilege to help marginalized communities, with resources from articles to charitable causes to guide that journey—wherever you may be.
This personal growth work is ongoing, and difficult, yet necessary to create a world where everyone truly belongs and prosperous. My hope is that through navigating this guide and reflecting on your reality, it will become easier for you to see, and believe, and say that #alllivesmatter and that #blacklivesmatter too. Activisim and Allyship Guide and a list of anti-racism resources

Enjoy it very much

The title of the first episode “The Audacity to Discover Your Talents” caught my attention and I found the message and voice powerful, motivational and something that led me to look inward, to explore. I encourage you to give this a listen and you will find yourself contemplating things important to YOU – a very worthwhile thing indeed.

Inspirational and encouraging!

Such a pleasure listening to this podcast! Belinda’s voice is very sophisticated and the way she speaks is powerful, intelligent and interesting. She goes into topics quite deep, wisely sharing her vision and point of view, which I find very bold and brilliant.
I have been using skincare products from Kokoberna and guided Meditation consistently, and am very happy to find Podcasts series available now. Thank you for sharing it, it’s very inspirational!
