Len started his career as an intern at Spike Lee's 40 Acres & A Mule and has since worked for major networks including MTV, A&E, and HBO. He transitioned into producing in 2008 and has secured financing and distribution for numerous film and television projects. He is also a sought-after speaker and instructor for independent filmmakers.

In 2006, Gibson founded the Peachtree Village International Film Festival (PVIFF) which showcases African American and Hispanic cinema. Gibson also curated traveling exhibits on cinema history that have been showcased at colleges, universities and events throughout the United States.

In 2019, Gibson partnered with Wayne Overstreet to launch GO Media Productions which has executive produced several feature films.

We are getting transparent with CEO Founder of Mathew Steele - SyncSpotlight and SteeleSync.

Mathew is originally from Tampa, Florida. He started a small indie label there but decided to make the move to Atlanta to jump into a larger entertainment scene in 2006. He worked as an artist manager and audio engineer for a few years until he landed a large sync placement with one of his artists back in 2011 in the #1-box-office Film "Limitless" featuring Robert De Niro and Bradley Cooper. Also, we landed another placement a year later in the #2-box-office-film "The Family" featuring Robert De Niro, Tommy Lee Jones and Michelle Pfeiffer. There was one last major placement with the same song in the 100th Episode and promo for the100th episode of popular show "Parks and Recreation". A year after the "Limitless" placement, Mathew started growing his own independent catalog of music from around the world and started SteeleSync, a music licensing company.

Mathew is an advocate for independent music and helps share knowledge and sometimes sync fees to help artists' careers grow. Mathew recently launched a new sync licensing conference called SyncSpotlight that helps creatives connect with Music Supervisors and Synch Agents from the Southeast and beyond.
