Thank you Steve and Joni, I thoroughly enjoyed that podcast. It highlighted information I’ve always believed is true, but sometimes we stray from the path and need reminders to bring us back into a good routine as far as sleep goes. I laughed when you said Zoom meetings take 30% more energy, that’s what I told my husband a couple of days ago. Yes I would be one of the more introvert personalities. I eagerly await new podcasts from you Steve.
