Best Holistic Pregnancy Podcast from A Nutritionist

I’ve been following Marni on the Ultimate Health Podcast for years and was so happy that she created her own podcast the Ultimate Baby podcast! I’m currently six months pregnant with my first baby. Marni’s words of wisdom have helped me advocate for myself in my first trimester when my thyroid levels were off and I was feeling constantly tired. I have been working with my midwife and naturopath and now my thyroid levels are in better balance, and the diet has a huge impact on how I’ve been feeling during my pregnancy. Also, I’m planning on a natural birth in a birthing center and I love that she had a positive natural birth. Pregnancy doesn’t have to be this super uncomfortable and debilitating experience. With Marni’s wisdom, I’ve felt empowered with my nutrition, fitness, and self-care practices. Definitely worth a listen for the natural/holistic mamas and parents out there!

BEST pregnancy/ overall health podcast!!

I have tried listening to more “pregnancy” podcasts than I would like to admit, and once I found Marni’s Ultimate Baby Podcast I almost cried I was so thrilled! Her extensive background in nutrition, genuine personality, personal experiences, and accredited guests make this podcast the most informative pregnancy podcast out there, hands down.
