Rachel and her brother, renowned chef Holden Jagger, founded Altered Plates, a culinary cannabis and hospitality company whose mission is to normalize and educate about cannabis through the touchstone of food. Through Altered Plates, Rachel has worked with a wide variety of national media outlets to educate about culinary cannabis and partnered with esteemed organizations like the James Beard Foundation.
Rachel is the Executive Director for Crop to Kitchen, Director of Hospitality for Cure Designs, and is a frequent contributor to national publications including Cannabis Now.
She lives in Los Angeles with her wife, two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
