Devon Harris is an athlete, a member of the first Jamaican bobsleigh team, a captain of the 1992 and 1998 teams, and a three-time Olympian. Before joining the Jamaican Defence Force, Devon Harris grew up in a modest neighbourhood in Kingston, Jamaica, and graduated from the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, England. Even though his dream to make it in the sport seemed like a pipe dream, Harris found a way to make it happen through drive and determination.
His sports accomplishments with the Jamaican bobsleigh team inspired the "Cool Runnings" blockbuster Disney film. Devon's trademark courage has made him a successful international motivational speaker. Around the world, Devon Harris spreads his "Keep on pushing" philosophy, which has helped professionals from multiple Fortune 100 companies in various industries, as well as non-profit organisations, schools and universities.
