Dr. Alessandra Wall’s mission is to contribute to building a world where seeing women access the highest levels of leadership and success is so common, it’s no longer noteworthy.
She supports this mission through individual executive coaching and group coaching for professional women and leaders, as well training programs and workshops aimed at helping women and teams work and show up better, and by consulting with leaders to build better enterprises and systems for women.
Dr. Wall is a licensed clinical psychologist, confidence and leadership coach, and paid speaker. She specializes in helping women secure the deeply satisfying and successful careers they’ve earned. She endeavors to help men and women take ownership of their choices, actions, and lives.
Dr. Wall has been in private practice in San Diego since 2007, she founded Noteworthy (formerly Life in Focus Coaching) in 2013 to better support the women she was working with. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology (Cum Laude) from Duke University and her Doctorate of Philosophy in clinical psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She partners with Athena San Diego to support women in STEM via the Athena Academy, is a mentor-coach for the Southern California chapter of Women In Bio, and a lifetime member of the Device Alliance Network.
When she's not doing all of this you can usually find her with a book in hand, some old school jazz in the background, or just staring into space enjoying the wonderful sound of silence.
