The real deal

Vanessa is the real deal for anyone looking to up their mental game in their physical sport. She motivational but also actually helps you with change and practical tips. And she loves dogs... so ya know, bonus points.

Amazing!!

Vanessa is amazing. I am not training for anything right now, but really could have used this info back in my glory days;) I have sat my middle schooler down to listen, this is mental advice for all.

Game changer!!!

This podcast has legit been a game changer for me both in how I approach triathlon training but also in how I approach life!
