Not just for ADHD

Love this show. Kristina’s heart to share and help definitely comes through in each of her episodes. Though I don’t have ADHD, I have gleaned tips and tricks to make my life a little more NBD by listening. I’ve got a few favorite episodes, but the one that sticks out the most is the episode on apologies. One of my most favorite episodes. I love when she has interviews too. The guests are always great and willing to share. 10/10 recommend this show if you’re looking for ways to make your life a little more NBD and tackle your mental health and end up on top.
