Deepening our cultural knowledge

I love that this podcast elevates soul food to cuisine and does a deep dive in each episode on the contributions of Black people to the culinary industry. The hosts are knowledgeable and also inquisitive, which makes the conversations with guests so engaging. It’s about time! I can’t wait to hear more!
