Audiobook Excerpt: Happiness is (Kind Of) a Choice

Audiobook Excerpt: Happiness is (Kind Of) a Choice

This week I'm sharing an audiobook excerpt from You Are Here (For Now): A Guide to Finding Your Way. This chapter is about the work of being happy – setting expectations, creating boundaries, and if necessary, asking for help. Followed by a bit of guided introspection, our sort-ironic-sorta-not audio treatment for the visual art portions of the printed book.

YOU ARE HERE (FOR NOW) the podcast is a series of conversations with some of my favorite people about being alive: navigating change, personal transformation, love, fear, and figuring it all out on the way. We'll resume next episode with another conversation!

Such deep and adorable conversations!

These episodes feel like a therapy session. Adam is so open and his guests are as well, which I think comes from Adam making them feel safe and welcome. I’m so glad Adam started this podcast, I’ve been wanting to hear more from him. I also like to discover people trough his guests curation.
