Getting me to think differently

To be honest I just thought I’d try listening to this since I’ve had a crush on Alicia since I was 13 or something. But, I’ve started to consider things differently based on some of the episodes I’ve listened to and am actually interested in learning how I can change some of my habits. I guess I feel a little overwhelmed and lost as to how to start.

Anyway, I do recommend the podcast. Alicia is very good about letting her guests speak and is good at conversation.

I would prefer not to tell ya ,
