Blake is extremely helpful in explaining the steps to truly be healthy. He simplifies very complex questions I can’t often find direct answers to. How much protein do I need? Why? How much rest should I be taking? What to do on my off days, or when my energy is low? So much good info.
Motivating and educational
I was motivated without being discouraged, and I felt like I was educated in a way that empowered me. Easy to understand, relatable and I felt like I could listen to it and start making some changes today. I really like the length of each episode too.
