I’m so happy found this podcast! Dr Alison Cook is brilliant! Her podcasts are helping me understand myself and why I am the way I am. Dr. Cook explains the subject well and gives lots of helpful advice. I am on the road to making “the best of me” with her help. She is loving, kind, honest and incredibly smart.
