Podcast Digs Deeper Than Fitness
I’m so happy Dr.J has a podcast platform. I follow her on Instagram and always look forward to her motivational talks. While promoting fitness, the power of a well-balanced diet, and monitoring your health by regularly checking in with your doctor keeping your family history in mind is all very practical, Dr. J takes it a few steps deeper, challenging listeners to put themselves first wholly. By pouring into yourself rather a job, an abundance of blessings could follow. Dr. J hits on points I’ve mentally struggled with, showing me I’m not alone, offering steps to simply feel better all around. She’s extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, relatable! Love this podcast!
