Customer Reviews
Love it!
I have to admit i'm not a podcaster, still getting used to listening to them on the regular but this one has made it very easy! I'm always so excited when a new episode drops! It's been fun to follow along in her pregnancy journey as well!
Awesome Podcast!
Shanna has such a wonderful variety of content- there is something for everyone and she does a wonderful job organizing the episodes and navigating the conversations with her guests.
Is this a motherhood podcast now?
I started following Wellness For The Win after hearing some of Shanna’s nutrition advice on Rachel Cruze’s podcast. I liked that she had a variety of content and was very health and nutrition focused. However I recently decided to stop following because it seems like every new episode is related to pregnancy and postpartum. I understand that is her phase of life right now and she’s being inclusive to those going through it as well, but for every new episode? Is this a motherhood podcast now?
