Unbreakable Boundaries

This is the first episode of the Scarlet Society podcast that I’ve listened to and it is FANTASTIC. I love the point that setting boundaries takes practice and help. So loved hearing therapy + coaching + reiki +++ awesome. Also love the great help around the word “no”.
