Very well done and great story telling by the author. Real estate investing has challenges and this podcast has done a great job in highlighting potential problems landlords can face along the way.
Great Info in a Great Presentation
I learned about this podcast while on X (formerly known as Twitter). Since I’m a commercial real estate broker and help people build their personal wealth by investing in real estate, I thought I’d explore this podcast. I found the information very relevant to anyone real estate investor or anyone thinking about becoming a real estate investor. And the information is presented at a very high professional level. You will not be disappointed.

I was given a sneak peek of this podcast and I’m blown away at how clean and crisp the presentation is for a new show.
The host sounds very similar to Ryan Pineda, who should be a familiar name to most real estate investors in this space. I’ve added this show to my library of podcast. I love that it gives the downsides of real estate and not all the fluff that you see or hear from on other podcasts.
