Maintaining Focus and Passion While Bringing a Product to Life with Billie Asmus
I’m so excited about today’s conversation! I met Billie Asmus at a recent Women in Ag night where I was the keynote speaker. While there, Billie shared her story of bringing her product from idea to market and I *knew* it was a journey that someone in this community needed to hear!
Billie is a mom of two, inventor and avid DIYer. She grew up in a small rural town in northern Wisconsin, met her husband and then moved to an even smaller rural town in Iowa. She grew up surrounded by incredible entrepreneurs and always knew she was going to take the same path. She sees her adhd as a super power to overcome obstacles and harness her creative mind with various different hobbies and skills.

Replacing Your Income and Finding Alignment with Kayla Zenner
On today’s episode, I am joined by Kayla Zenner as she shares her inspiring story of replacing her income and finding alignment. Kayla has become such a dear friend to me through masterminds and 1:1 coaching over the last six months and I know her story will resonate with many women in this community. We dive into what it looks like to leave a career you love, replace your income from home, build an intentional life, step outside the norm, and continue to reiterate to gain alignment and clarity.
Kayla Zenner is a farm wife and mom of two who took a step away from teaching to focus on her family. Along the way she found a creative outlet in cooking and baking and wanted to share that passion with others. Between running a home bakery and teaching others to enjoy the process of baking and cooking she has a growing garden and chickens.
In this episode, we cover:
Defining what your definition of freedom and success looks like Just because you CAN do something or just because you’re GOOD at something, doesn’t mean it's good for you Working through the fear of thinking you’re letting someone else down or the judgment of others The power of going in 100% and how much you can achieve when you fully commit How coaching and masterminds have helped Kayla gain clarity and community Resources & Links:

The Confusing Intersection Between Chasing and Content
You all know how strongly I believe that you have the capability to bring any goal or dream to life. As I reflect on what I’ve learned over the past several months of my healing journey, I’ve come to realize my own attachment between achievement and worthiness, productivity and feeling like enough. I’ve been doing a lot of intentional work on untangling these ideas within myself and I’ve noticed how many others have their own version of this as well. In today’s episode, I share my thoughts on the confusing intersection between chasing and content.
In this episode, we cover:
Being aware of where your goals are coming from and what your motivations are behind them Accepting that multiple things can be true at one time The comparison trap of social media How goals can work alongside the vision you have for your overall life Resources & Links:

Embracing Your Changing Roles On and Off the Farm with Annaliese Wegner
On today’s episode, I have the joy of chatting with my friend, Annaliese Wegner about embracing your changing roles on and off the farm. Annaliese has been sharing her story online for the past 11ish years in order to help connect people to their farmer. Through social media, mastermind events and her speaking, Annaliese encourages other women in agriculture to share their unique story.
In this episode, we cover:
Her story and transition from growing up on her family farm to moving to her husband’s family farm Defining a Modern-day Farm Chick The importance of trying new things and being open to opportunities that present themselves The power of focusing on your unique strengths and what lights you up How to help yourself when you find yourself in the comparison trap of social media Tips for hosting an in-person event Resources & Links:

How to Navigate Busy Seasons as a Farm Wife
It’s officially planting season in our neck of the woods. I don’t know about you, but that means our family’s schedule gets turned upside down, sometimes for weeks on end. If you’re a farm wife, busy season might look different depending on your location, operation, or your role. If you’re not in agriculture, there may be a different time of year that looks extra chaotic compared to others. In today’s episode, I’m going to share the things I’ve learned on how to navigate busy seasons, such as planting and harvest, as a farm wife.
Even when I know it’s coming and what to expect, it can still be a lot. To be honest, sometimes it’s downright HARD. Thankfully, over the past seven years of living on the farm, I’ve come to understand what I can do to set myself up for success. I hope there’s a nugget or two in this conversation that will help you and your family on your own journey!
My top tips for how to navigate busy seasons as a farm wife:
You don’t have to sit at home… go out and DO! Find a community that understands what you’re going through YOU get to decide what this looks like; let go of the expectations of others It’s okay to adjust your expectations in this season Keep a positive mindset Remembering that this too shall pass!
