Welcome to the park! Trailer Park: The Podcast Trailer Podcast is a podcast that showcases podcast trailers. Whether those trailers never became fully-realized podcasts, were made as creative proof, are part of a larger body of work, or were created just for fun, they're welcome here at the park!
On each episode, hosts Arielle Nissenblatt and Tim Villegas will hit 'play' on a podcast trailer. We'll then hear from the creator of that trailer.
Why a trailer park?
As a podcast discovery tool
To help creators get their projects funded
To create learning opportunities for audio creators
Thank you to our season one sponsors: Ausha, Recast Studio, Focusrite's Vocaster, mowMedia, and Aug X Labs.

"The Inflammatory Wanderer" with Arun Sridhar
This episode of TPP features the podcast trailer for The Inflammatory Wanderer, a series within Skraps of Science and Innovation. It was submitted by host Arun Sridhar.
Here's a bit about the show: SKRAPS is your podcast where we, on your behalf explore the stories of sparks of scientific brilliance in science and innovation. SKRAPS is the word sparks spelt backwards and also a play on the idea that ideas are written on back of a napkin or scraps of paper. We explore stories of people in science, while elaborating on the scientific details so that experts and non-experts can relate to science better in today's whimsical world that acts to spread mis-information.
Here's a bit about the series: Can you tell me the last time that you know of that we eulogised and attributed even the most difficult concepts to a single eureka moment?
Was it yesterday?
Was it last week?
Was it last month?
We have this image of a human jumping out of a bathtub and running naked, shedding your rica or an apple falling from a tree or in the case of psychedelic medicine, the famous bicycle trip of Albert Hoffman.

Customer Reviews
Great for discovery!
Arielle and Tim are great at calling attention to shows worth knowing about. This show is bite sized and fun for us die hard podcast lovers!
Great idea!
These little snippets of podcasts are so great! This concept is a perfect way to sample podcasts and learn about creators sharing their knowledge on a variety of topics. Nicely done!
Podcast trailers are the worst
I always immediately delete these when they pop up on a show. What’s the point? If I think a podcast sounds interesting, I’ll listen to an episode. It’s easy to make a short snippet interesting, but if you bore me during a full episode, I’m out. Trailers for podcasts should be abolished. Waste of time.
