I just had the honor and privilege to be on the Everyday Healthy Human Podcast with Master host: Jennifer Rulon.

Not only is Jen an incredible human being, there’s so much that we can learn from her especially someone that has accomplished the physical challenges that she has in order to complete 15 triathlons.

Jennifer is definitely all and when it comes to preparation and her interviews. She does a ton of research about her guests and she knew all the right questions to ask creating great wisdom and value for her audience.

Jen is definitely at the top of her game in the podcasting space.

I would love to come back on her show again, we could’ve talked for hours.
