I don't even care about fibers but I like this a lot!

I was just looking for some new vegan podcasts and stumbled upon this one. I have never met a vegan fiber-person. I even designed a logo for a wool yarn company, even though I realize (as most people don't) that the wool industry - even those cute "Cottage industries" - is so cruel. Heck, I even make jokes about "weavers" ...as people who are extraordinarily calm and lackluster. Well, while this podcaster definitely has one of those SNL/public-radio/tranquilizer voices, I LOVE what she says and I even think it interesting when she talks about YARN. Gasp! I've heard two of her podcasts and she has already gotten me to consider making my own shampoos and researching more about hemp and why it's ilegal to grow. Definitely informative! and, she makes me want to be a better vegan. Also, I'm going to ask my mom to teach me to knit!

EXCELLENT vegan fiber podcast

I recently came across your podcast and truly enjoy it. As a vegan, I love learning about non-animal fibers and am always interested in educating myself regarding the treatment and processing of animals for consumption and the impact on the environment (which I highly oppose). Thanks for all the great info, & I look forward to new episodes! Would love to "know" you on ravelry - I am lgesin. Feel free to find me!
