Truth

Thank you Joy for speaking truth to our current situation with no hand wringing. We are at a pivotal moment and the absence of honest clear communication is lending itself to the continued apathy of the American people and the continued strength and rise of fascism in America. I pray that more people will hear your message and that of your guests.

Too Many Sloppy Errors

I really want to like this show - Joy is very personable and her guests are top notch. BUT she gets too caught up in the moment and frequently misspeaks. While she may not realize it, certainly the show must have producers who listen to what she says. Can they not make corrections? Or do they just not care? For instance, on 7/28 she said a child in CBP custody had a fever of 130 degrees. Clearly this was an error but it was just glosses over and never corrected. And the week before she called Katie Hopkins (a truly awful person) Katie Porter (a truly wonderful person). Again this was clearly a simple mistake but words matter and corrections need to be made. In the present era it is important to be mindful of our speech and correct misstatements lest we be accused of trafficking Inn falsehoods and peddling “fake news”. Everyone makes mistakes; everyone misspeaks. Clean up your act, AmJoy, and correct your factual errors.
