    2. Matt Kelly takes a deep dive into the SEC proposed rules cyber security disclosure.  Kelly gives a ‘mild’ rant to the SEC for proposing companies should have to disclose with 4 days after a cyber breach even if law enforcement asks a company not to do so.
    3. Jonathan Armstrong looks data transfers from the EU to US and UK. Armstrong goes on his most epic rant ever using 2 funerals and a birthday party to excoriate Tory Politicians to not simply talk the talk but follow the rules when it comes to Covid-19 protocols.
    4. Karen Woody wades into Elon Musk and his dalliances about investing in and potentially buying Twitter. Woody rants about the recent Declination with Disgorgement given to a MarshMac subsidiary in the UK, the Jardine Group Holdings  and says this is simply a NPA and should be monikered as such.
    5. Jonathan Marks discusses the difference between Tone at the Top and Conduct at the Top and why so many companies are falling short in the latter. Marks shouts out to Phillies 3rd baseman Alec Bohm who went from Phillies’ fan goat to hero with a mea culpa and SF Giants assistant coach Alyssa Nakken, who became the first female to take the field and coach in the history of MLB.
    6. Fox shouts out to author Margaret Atwood and in her book The Handmaiden’s Tale, which is not a dystopian novel but a prophecy of current Texas in 2022.

    3. Jonathan Armstrong looks at greenwashing and how companies which are trying to do the right thing often get in trouble by doing it the wrong way. Armstrong shouts out to Tina Turner for advancing the cause of GDPR and explaining once and for all time ‘what’s love got to do with it.’
    4. Karen Woody explains the SEC rule making process and how it can be challenged and responds to SEC Commissioner Peirce's dissent to the proposed rules. Woody shouts out to the magic of Harry Potter World in Orlando have what she described as ‘awesome’ roller coaster rides, well worth the 3-hour wait in line.
    5. Tom Fox rants Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for their incompetent response to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars and reminds us that workplace violence is never acceptable.

    1. Jay Rosen discusses the connection between corruption and the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the leadership differences between Presidents Putin and Zelensky. Rosen rants about Mavericks owner Mark Cuban over the allegations of former GM Donnie Nelson that Nelson was fired for reporting a sexual assault of a Maverick employee. 
    2. Matt Kelly looks cybersecurity and the state of proposed new rules from the SEC governing the conduct of public companies which sustain a cyber breach.  Kelly rants about West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin opposes electric cars because customers would have to wait too long at charging stations for batteries to be replaced (electric car batteries are recharged not replaced).  
    3. Jonathan Armstrong looks at the increase in cyber-attacks and ransomware demands and a GDPR enforcement action involving Tucker’s. Armstrong shouts out to TV show editor Marina Ovsyannikova who on live TV in Moscow, stood up to the President Putin by holding a sign which said, “Russian: “Don’t believe the propaganda. They’re lying to you here.” In English it said: “No war ... Russians against war." 
    4. Tom Fox discusses the recent District Court decision in the Coburn case and what it means for all involved; the DOJ, companies under FCPA investigation and counsel who perform internal investigations. Fox rants about Texas AG Ken Paxton who once again disobeyed a District Court injunction forbidding the state of Texas from investigating the parents of transgender teens for child abuse.

Rosen shouts out to celebrity chef Jose Andreas for creating the Gazpacho Police in the 1990s long before Marjorie Green Taylor accused Nancy Pelosi of doing so and for inviting Rep. Taylor to join, provided she is vaccinated and wears a mask to the restaurant.

    Matt Kelly looks at the Joe Rogan and Spotify imbroglio, focusing the attempts of Spotify CEO Daniel Ek to focus the spotlight on Rogan and not Spotify. Kelly shouts out to that unknown US criminal enforcement agency, the National Archives which raided Mar-A-Lago where the former President had purloined some 15 boxes of Presidential papers and materials. He also gives a minor shout out to New York Times columnist Maggie Haberman who in an upcoming book reported the former President flushed documents down the toilets at the White House.

    Jonathan Marks discusses continuous controls monitoring and continuous auditing as best practices for compliance, risk management and fraud prevention programs. Marks shouts out to the Philadelphia 76ers for getting rid of Ben Simmons who refused to play for them. He implores Simmons to get a new agent for his disastrous handling of the entire situation.

    Jonathan Armstrong discusses the civil verdict for HP in its case against Autonomy and the Extradition Order delivered by the Home Secretary for Mike Lynch to go to America to stand for a US criminal trial. Armstrong shouts out to Queen Elizabeth II for her 70-year reign on the English throne.

    Tom Fox has a melancholy shout out to the University of Michigan School of Law and greater legal education profession, which lost two stalwart professors recently; Yale Kamisar, Father of Miranda and Terrance Sandalow, former Dean of the Law School.
