Chris Bruce's story is beyond inspiring! In 2006 Chris took the plunge into real estate by purchasing his first rental property in Detroit MI. After the market crash Chris lost this property to foreclosure (many of us can relate to this)
This didn't discourage Chris from winning at this business. He moved to Tampa FL to start over and purchased an investment program called REO Rockstar. Chris took massive action and states that he failed 26 more times before closing his first JV deal earning him a $5,000 payday!
