Here’s the problem

Guys - the problem with the keto diet and lack of uptake is simple: the RIDICULOUS emphasis on fat consumption. It us simply unnecessary. Fat bombs were the death of keto as soon as it was morphed from Atkins. This, and the fact that most people go to conventional MDs who do not endorse this way if eating. Period.
