The weekly podcast about happiness, creativity, and the human condition. It's us, Ali and Taimur Abdaal, occasionally joined by guests, talking about things to help us think, do, and be better.
Things like social interaction, lifestyle design, mental models... Things that are hard to examine, but important to explore. And hopefully, things that make for a fun and interesting chat every week.
We'd love for you to join us.

The comfortable and seemingly intellectual banter is incredibly engaging ;) Their steeze(style & ease) within their own realms of knowledge and experience captivate my attention. I am excited for the return of my favorite podcasting duo! I can’t wait to make this podcast a part of my regular listening once again.
A little more effort couldn’t hurt.
I love this podcast. I also feel as though a little more effort could go into the planning. I realize this is a side hobby for both host but that’s just my opinion. Also, after listening to the last episode I appreciate Ali trying to get taimur to be more open. I think their openness is what makes me want to listen over other podcast. So I appreciate what you guys share. Keep up the great work
Really enjoy this podcast
This podcast has been very fun to listen too. Really enjoy the topics and have gotten a lot of good book recommendations from listening to you both. I also enjoy just the banter and the sincerity coming from you both on random topics. I don’t work in tech or medicine, I work in the construction industry. Im also based in the US and married with two kids. So it’s kind of goofy listening to this podcast. Hope you guys put more good content out!
