EP. 018 - Creating Change, Meeting The Need & Being Part Of The Solution: An Interview with Hannah Costello Of Social Enterprise "Cafe Stepping Stone"

In this week's episode, Jaz sat down with Co-founder & Head Chef of social enterprise cafe "Stepping Stone" -  Hannah Costello.

Hannah and her partner Vanessa created social enterprise cafe "Stepping Stone" in order to serve their mission to provide work, skills & knowledge to underprivileged minorities in the afro/colombian community in Cartagena, Columbia in order to facilitate equality & choice (can i get an amen?) The current incarnation Stepping Stone Canberra provides inclusive employment and practical training opportunities for migrant and refugee women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds through an innovative and sustainable vegetarian cafe. Um, yes please!

Listen in as Hannah shares the powerful story of pivoting during a pandemic whilst still keeping activism front of mind, the importance of change & equality and how you can *actually* start being part of the solution. This and so much more; enjoy!

EP. 017 - Are We All A Little Bit Bi?

In this week's episode we're talking all things sexuality. Listen in as we share our personal thoughts, feelings and emotions around our own sexuality, the shame, the beauty of hindsight & pose the question; how much of our bi-sexuality is for ourselves vs the male gaze.

Disclaimer: This is explorative conversation. No conclusions/definitions. Just what we know, feel & have learnt.

EP. 015 - Valentine's Day Special: Am I Broken? Saucey Self Pleasure with Poppy Scarlett

EP. 015 - Valentine's Day Special: Am I Broken? Saucey Self Pleasure with Poppy Scarlett

Welcome to our Valentine’s Day Special, where today, Amy is joined by redheaded vixen, Poppy Scarlett, founder of Self & More, the all inclusive, sex positive, online toy shop.

During this episode, we explore all things self pleasure, cliteracy, slut shaming and exploring kinks in a safe and trusted environment. Amy also gets up close and personal about her first experience masturbating and the weirdest place she’s ever engaged in sex.

Listen as we dismantle the narratives surrounding partner communication, positive affirmation and what actually constitutes as “good sex”. Our aim by the end of the recording is to have you empowered to storm into the next room and ask your partner for what you want in a way that doesn’t say “you’re lacking”. Are you ready?
