A favorite!

This show is curious, energetic, and takes listeners to countries and regions in Europe less covered by traditional food and travel media. It also sounds GREAT and is edited extremely well. I wish there were more episodes to devour.

A Much Needed Journey

Thanks to Adam Sachs, a journalist I've long admired, and S.A.L.T. Lab Radio, I feel like I've actually been allowed to leave the country. One episode in and I'm hooked. The destinations are excellent, the guests are insightful and full of heart. I loved learning new things about the delecious foods of regions I dream about. Can't wait for more!
