     Emma is an ex-social anxiety sufferer, and a therapist with decades of experience. She's dealt with shame extensively both personally (a blushing problem) and professionally as she specialises working with highly sensitive areas such as trauma and sexual abuse. 

    Emma is an EFT Master and Master Trainer, Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner. 

    We address shame in detail, and share how to overcome it.

     Carol Look has a distinguished background in traditional psychotherapy, was trained as a Clinical Social Worker and earned her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

    Carol is known for combining her background in traditional psychotherapy with “energy medicine” and she appears as a practitioner and energy therapy expert in the DVD documentary “The Tapping Solution” as well as in the documentary focusing on helping veterans suffering from PTSD, “Operation: Emotional Freedom.”

    Tania suffered from social anxiety for the longest time and has completely resolved it. 

    She’s an NLP Trainer, EFT founding Master and Trainer, TAT Professional Trainer, Hypnotherapy Trainer and Practitioner.

    She’s featured on the BBC TV show Inside Out, as well as on a Swedish TV Show where she helped someone overcome a binge eating disorder.

    She has extensive experience working one on one with clients clearing fear and nerves in public speaking, including those who experience panic attacks, blushing and social phobia.

    We go into depth on bullying, share out own personal experiences, and give simple and effective techniques to eliminate (yes, not ease, not manage, eliminate!) the negative effects of bullying.

    Tom’s my close buddy and is an ex-professional MMA fighter. He practices a combination of Energy Psychology and intuitive physical therapy to facilitate deep levels of acceptance. 



    He's been on (and still is) a long journey of intense self-exploration, has lived in the jungle for 6 months, has done a 10 meditation retreat, and is the ideal man to speak to when it comes to owning your sensitivity and feeling safe enough to be vulnerable. 

    We talk about the necessity of owning your sensitivity and getting yourself to a place where it becomes safe to be vulnerable. Tom grew up in the UK and sensitivity was seen as weak and pathetic. Same for where I’m from. This has set us both on a journey to exploring our sensitivity. 

    
QUOTE: Being sensitive and being vulnerable is really a huge part of being able to connect with people. The more vulnerable and sensitive you allow yourself to be the more connected you feel with people.

    Steve Wells is a psychologist. He has trained to the highest level in provocative therapy, has extensive training and experience in brief strategic therapy, and has been training counsellors and therapists for over 20 years.

    He and Dr Lake developed Simple Energy Techniques (SET) and the unique advanced Energy-based approach Provocative Energy Techniques (PET).

    Steve shares his 30 day self acceptance journey, and let's you know how overcoming your social anxiety has to start with acceptance because non-self acceptance is a guaranteed way to keep your negative cycle of social anxiety happening. 

    And paradoxically accepting yourself (starting with accepting where you are) is the beginning point of recovery.

    QUOTE: A lot of people are doing exposure therapy, feel the fear and do it anyway, and that’s good, but you know what, for some people that’s really harrowing, it’s really tough, and what techniques like tapping do is at the very least they take the edge off at the beginning so that it becomes a little bit easier. And over time, it becomes a lot easier.
