COVID Creativity - Digitization and Innovation

COVID Creativity - Digitization and Innovation

The second episode of Sydney Business Chamber Arts and Culture Series explores how we unite and build a new innovative and creative ecosystem, via the digital revolution and advanced technologies that bring value and opportunity to the sector, now and into the future. Lockdown measures around the country are severely affecting its ability to viably distribute artistic works and creative content outside of the digital channels, reducing the diversity of cultural expression. There have been many innovative initiatives and start-ups across the art and creative sector reaching out to existing and new audiences, bringing together new collaborations, and leveraging new technology.

Here we explore the challenges of scale and capacity, impact, and resources as well as whether these initiatives triggered by the current Covid crisis have increased the resilience and sustainability of the industry.
