Best ACL support you can get!
I’ve torn my ACL twice, currently at the 1 month post-op mark & this podcast has been incredibly helpful. One would think that second time is easier as you already know what to expect but.. not really. Dr Patel has helped me realize every surgery and path is different. This podcast has been great to know what to ask the doctor & my PT, how to evaluate them, how to figure out what is necessary to buy but most importantly, how to stay positive throughout. I am recommending it to other friends who sadly just tore their ACLs as he gets simple explanations that I have not found anywhere else. Thank you Dr.Patel!
Fantastic ACL-focused podcast
I tore my ACL and MCL and I found this amazing podcast. As I do my prehab and get ready for surgery next month, Ravi has given me great ideas about the kinds of questions to ask, the options for surgery and the pathway to recovery. I highly recommend it for anyone with an ACL injury or anyone who needs to help someone else through it.

Hi Ravi, I am a skimo and running athlete who just had my second ACL surgery 1 week ago. Your podcast was so helpful leading up to my surgery and in my PT so far. It has been very encouraging to hear others stories and get great scientific data on the process. I feel like my second surgery has been a lot better so far because of some of the tips you’ve provided in this podcast. Thank you for giving us such great info for this difficult rehab process!
