An Internet Refuge

I’ve been listening since the very first episode. All the back to when BJ was flogging pickles and fudge trying to make ends meet. And through all that time he has great ratings. Not just for the stories. He has always cultivated an intimate, very personal relationship with his listeners. It makes listening more fun because you feel like you know the reader as a person. And he’s a really decent person.

I never bought the fudge or the pickles. But I have supported the podcast off and on in various ways. And encourage you to do the same.

Most beautiful voice

B.J. Harrison is blessed with a soft voice that has a calming affect on me. I also love the personal sharing about his family. Charming.

My “pale parabola of joy”

PG Wodehouse was the pale parabola of joy I didn’t know I needed during this time of Corona. Thank you BJ Harrison for making the Classic Tales Podcast. I thoroughly enjoy your chosen reads, particularly the comedic titles you choose, especially now more than ever. Thank you!
