The Journey of Integral Recovery Podcast follows three Integral Recovery practitioners on the journey of waking up, growing up, cleaning up, and showing up. The Integral map changes our understanding of addiction and recovery, and offers new hope for a lifetime of health, sobriety, and well-being. We teach you what we have learned about addiction, but that's just the beginning. The Journey of Integral Recovery Podcast provides a map and a tool kit with which to navigate the journey of recovery, awakening, and creating your best self. Join us and our trailblazing guests as we apply the principles of Integral Recovery, Daily Practice, and the AQAL map to transcend limitations, accelerate growth, and heal ourselves and (hopefully) the world. Inspire Your Recovery!
As I continue to be open to all things that resonate with my personal recovery, I am always looking for insights of value that I can integrate into my spiritual practice. Media, like this podcast, help me maintain a mental construct where my addict self has no power. The ideas cultivated in this podcast and John's book "Integral Recovery" has profound significance on my shelf and in my life that I plan on revisiting again and again. While traditional means serve us well, it is invaluable to have information available having a modern understanding and approach to sobriety/recovery and spirituality. Listen to and understand what these guys are saying, it will absolutely help with your journey!!
