One of the best fitness shows

Movement Fix is hands down one of the most informative, interesting, and useful shows out there. Dr Ryan is a great interviewer, his guests are brilliant and the conversations are enjoyable, casual, and stay on topic. As a fellow podcast host, I get a lot of inspiration from it!
