    “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves". A famous quote from Viktor Frankl who served many years in a concentration camp during world war 2.
    This to me sums up most of our lives and if you can live by this message then you’ll grow stronger and have more success and happiness because you won’t fall victim to your circumstances, you will instead choose to accept that you can’t change some things in your environment, BUT, you can always change yourself, change your perspective and change your attitude towards it.
    For a lot of people, 2020 has been one of the most difficult and challenging years of their life. I also believe this means it is one of the greatest opportunities to grow stronger and more resilient from these unprecedented challenges.
