Jenny’s guest for this segment is Pastor Jack Hibbs, the senior and founding Pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, based in Southern California, Founder & President of Real Life Network, and a nationally syndicated TV & Radio host. They are talking about his book, “Living in the Daze of Deception: How to Discern Truth from Culture’s Lies.”  He shares with us how Jesus warned that deception would grow worse as we draw nearer to the end times, saying, “Take heed that no one deceives you” (Matthew 24:4). Distinguishing truth from error has become an increasingly challenging task—even in the church.

We live in a time when falsehoods assault us from every direction. Packaged with just enough truth to make them appear trustworthy, these counterfeits have grown more and more difficult to detect and avoid. "Living in the Daze of Deception” explores the many ways error is masquerading as truth—and how you can discern the difference. The greatest antidote to deception is truth. Equip yourself now to grow in discernment so that you can protect yourself from error and remain steadfast in your faith!

Jenny had the opportunity to sit down with him at this year’s NRB - the National Religious Broadcasters Convention. The audio has some distorted areas due to where we were recording, but this interview was far too important not to hear.

Deception is rampant.  Where is Truth? Jenny interviews her friend Dr. Erwin Lutzer, Pastor Emeritus of The Moody Church about his new book "The Eclipse of God" and what is going on our nation. The enemy is blinding and deceiving many people. He is sharing about our enemy and how to battle this deception.

Dr. Lutzer is an award-winning author of more than 50 books, a celebrated international conference speaker, and the featured speaker on three radio programs, including daily radio broadcast “Running To Win.”
