It’s 2021, Lockdown Continues, but DDG is back for Season 3.

Ultra’s are the new Marathons, and there are few places on earth more extreme, wild and spectacular to take on an Ultra Trail Race than the Victorian High Country. With the growth of popularity of these event worldwide Australia has firmly established itself as a must do destination for those looking to cover great distances with significant elevations. The preparation and support mechanisms to ensure athletes are able to thrive in these environments are significant.

In this episode e join Dr Mac and Bill as they relive the live experience of supporting a 3 day event in the VHC.
