About your hosts:

Aviv & Omer Hochbaum, Social Impact Consultants

Omer’s background is in Public Relations, he has worked closely with Israel’s top Consumer-Goods Brands and led Communication Strategies for local non-profits. His love is for social impact & people. He then teamed up with Aviv, who started her professional career working with different nonprofits. She then pivoted to the startup scene where she quickly realized the power of connecting purpose with innovation to really achieve positive impact. She founded her own do-good platform to minimize urban stress, and helped found and build several other purpose-driven initiatives.  They are founders of BeCause Agency, a consulting and project management agency for purpose-driven companies, based in Tel-Aviv. The agency leads impact initiatives to full scale & growth, guiding its clients with social impact business strategies, growth strategies, impact marketing & storytelling...all so they can realize their full potential for positive impact.

Leo de Melo, Personal Wellbeing Coach & Advisor

Leo co-founded online publications, a think-tank and an advertising agency, he advised a presidential candidate and had a successful career in global media. Yet, living an all-out lifestyle, with 16-hour days, 6-day weeks while also neglecting nutrition, relationships and self-growth, he became overweight, exhausted and chronically stressed. He had suffered a stroke at age 23 and eventually burned-out at age 33. Depressed and unable to walk without crutches, due to body-wide inflammation and pain, he resigned from his job and abandoned a new company he was about to launch. After an 18-month recovery, losing 40kg (and his crutches!), he moved to Denmark with his family. He went on to study nutrition and holistic lifestyle optimisation in London. As a coach and advisor, he now co-creates growth for businesses and individuals by helping them nurture the virtuous cycle of well-being.
