Work stress is the new epidemic, and few of us are immune to it. So in this episode we deep dive into what work stress really is, and where it comes from. You will understand both the conscious and unconscious roots of your stress reactions, and how to bring yourself back to a neutral place. This is a big part of our mental health, and it requires awareness and grounding practices so we maintain the quality of life we aspire to.
