Carlos brought Sonic Youth, Big Black, Scratch Acid, The Butthole Surfers and little ol' DInosaur Jr to Europe for the first time in the 1980s. He -asked- to be interviewed for RAW Impressions! He's a fan! How crazy is that? Lou and Adelle rush to make it happen, Adelle in the very early morning stateside, and Lou under a windswept festival tent in Hulst, Holland.
