As a new driver, you have to be completely focused when you're driving.

Even something like thinking about what you want for dinner can distract you from the road.

Mistakes can actually become a distraction too. 

The more we replay and keep track of our mistakes and what happened, the less we are paying attention to what's happening.

Life is the same way.

If we're too busy replaying our mistakes, they can become a roadblock and keep us from going where we need to go and being who we need to be.

Who do you best relate to?

I was at a conference two months ago where someone shared this nugget: "Your Mess Becomes Your Message."

I believe that God takes what the devil intends to destroy us with and uses it to make us stronger and give us a victorious story.

I had the revelation that to "be better" either meant I had to look at my personal best, or compare myself with people who are better.

We never know what going on in people’s heads, what’s really going on behind the scenes, and what people's true intentions are.

When we catch someone on a bad day, or a bad moment, we don’t know what’s really going on in their life right now.

And it’s so easy to judge, make assumptions, and maybe return the bad moment or bad day on that same person or someone else. 

But you can make change like you wouldn't believe...once you drop your assumptions.
