The Unconditional Boundaries Podcast Andy Lidstone

This podcast is about boundaries and how we can use them to create freedom and choice in our lives and the lives of the people we interact with.
While I don't swear in every episode, I do in some of them. If that isn't your cup of tea, please know I understand and empathize, and many of my listeners relate better when I include that language. (This is the first boundary I set up in this podcast, which allows you the freedom to choose whether or not you want to listen)

Unconditional Boundaries Episode 21: An interview with Lee Hopkins
You'll be hard pressed to find a more relatable person than Lee Hopkins, my guest this week. His story is so similar on so many levels to my own and yet very different in a few key ways. I loved talking with him and getting his perspective on boundaries. I hope you love our conversation as much as I did.

Unconditional Boundaries Episode 20: An interview with David Edwards
David worked in health care for most of 35 years helping mostly low income people. In 2018, while working with a team of various medical professionals, a light bulb went off for him that he felt was the key to why so many people struggle to get ahead in life.
David's book "New You, Who Knew!" offers some foundational principles that will help regular people get more of what they want out of life.
We talked about some of those principles in this interview, which I'm sure you'll find as delightful as I did.

Unconditional Boundaries Episode 19: An interview with Nancy Picard
Nancy and I are both coaches. This conversation gives the different perspectives of boundaries from two different coaches. We also talk about coaching men vs women and the ways we're different as well as the ways we're the same. It's a wonderful conversation I'm sure you'll enjoy.

Unconditional Boundaries Episode 18: An interview with Susan Bratton
This is an amazing interview turned support call. Although we had arranged to have an interview, when we got on the call, Susan instead asked for support with her own marriage. So welcome to a real life example of my coaching.
Susan is an amazing, open, compassionate, and successful woman whose been married for 30 years and in business with her husband for 15 of those. She's been called "The Intimacy Expert to Millions," and has been on a variety of TV and radio shows as well as numerous podcasts. I was extremely delighted to have her on my show. I think you will be too.

Unconditional Boundaries Episode 17: An interview with Isabel Leong
Isabel's experience of boundaries is closer to what I would have described as expectations. She talks about breaking free of the boundaries of her old life and building a life she wants to live - as a travel blogger. It's great to see the freedom she created by following her dreams.

I help aspiring bloggers and brands get the most out of their online presence and financial freedom by ranking on Google faster with SEO, and exposing millennial travelers to experiences beyond their imaginations.

Kim is a life coach who helps ambitious women thrive in their relationships. Her story is a powerful one and her perspective on boundaries will have you asking yourself what's hold you back from thriving in your own relationships.
