人格特质六：自省
到底是什么样的成长经历（Experiences），让我们成就了当下的自己？到底是哪些人格特质（Traits），让我们激发出有生命力的年轻人文化？
青年志的 COO 凯文从 7 年前开始研究儿童与少年的成长与家庭教育。他看到身边一些朋友从很小的年纪就开始进行人生的实践和探索，自主而且不只关注自我，也关注社会并付诸行动。
他花了很长的时间，从这些个体的成长经历中梳理出一些重要的可以培育的人格特质和作为家长可以孕育的成长环境。
今年是青年志成立11周年，我们看到了一个可能。如果把这些发现与成为父母的人分享，是否能够在这个一直变化的时代培育出越来越多的自主的个体，10 年、20 年以后的青年文化中，也许我们可以听到越来越多的有趣的勇敢的人生故事，给当下的年轻人展示生命的丰富与可能。
