What adjustments do you need to make? with Joe Haddad, co-founder of University Tees and The ISI Life Win At Home First

    • Cristianismo

As leaders, we are typically ambitious by nature. We may have multiple ‘Shiny things’ we want to go after. Coming up with the ideas isn't the hard part. It's finding a balance between our faith, families, and responsibilities. Today’s guest Joe Haddad talks about just that. He is a leader in multiple organizations, has a young family, and is a man of faith. I believe many of us have a lot to take away from today's episode.

In this episode, you’ll discover…
What is the key trait to winning at work and at home? (1:30)
Why Joe is having a ceremony with his son. (7:38)
How do you know what to say yes to? (16:00)
Powering through the lows. (18:20)

Joe’s Bio:
I am a lifelong learner, and I work hard to be better today than I was yesterday. I have lived in Cleveland all my life, and I graduated from Miami University with an bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, and a master's degree in Accounting. I launched my first two businesses at Miami.
I soon realized that public accounting was boring, so I took a chance, and got back involved with my startup, University Tees (www.utees.com), and haven't looked back since. Other organizations I've co-founded and currently run are The ISI Life (www.theisilife.com) and MasterPlan Coaching (www.masterplancoach.com)
