Overlooked
Joey Mitolo was a happy, healthy, normal (for a homeschooler) kid- until a Juvenile Diabetes diagnosis changed his family's world. Joey and his mom, Jennifer, join us to talk about what they learned as they rallied around each other to find a new normal, a new balance, and a new sense of purpose from what could have been a devastating blow. Joey, who is now in his teens, shares his perspectives on how he's come to terms with his condition, and how God is working Joey's life and diagnosis for good. Join us as Joey and Jen share how they can have hope because our God doesn't overlook people- He's got a purpose in all things.
