    Cheryl Sew Hoy is an accomplished and repeat founder of multiple companies including the non-profit #MovingForward as well as a successful consumer software startup that was acquired by Walmart Labs in 2013. In 2014, she was head-hunted by the White House to become CEO of MaGIC, a $30M-funded agency to spur the innovation ecosystem in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. In 2020, Cheryl founded Tiny Health to take charge of her family’s microbiome health after giving birth to her 2 children, when she realized that early life microbiome imbalances are linked to many chronic conditions later in life. Cheryl has extensive expertise in building consumer brands and has raised a total of $34M. She is an angel investor and advisor to many startups.     Kyle is a licensed professional counselor and Parenting Coach. He was an elementary school counselor with for 7 yrs. He has worked with children for over 20 years. He and his wife, Sara, love being parents to three amazing kids ranging from 7-14 yrs old. Together they started a counseling/coaching business called Parenting Legacy 10 yrs ago. They also produce and host a weekly podcast entitled “The Art of Raising Humans”. In the podcast they discuss their journey as parents, the skills they use in their parenting, and how raising kids has transformed them into better humans. They have done numerous trainings for schools and faith based communities. They are passionate about helping parents shift their paradigm away from fear and shame, and equipping them with the skills and tools they need to teach and raise children that are respectful, kind, courageous and self-controlled.
