This is a quote that a teacher mentioned in a yoga summit last week. It really struck a chord with me. What often happens around the new and full moon rituals. We gather in circles, we set intentions, we burn what doesn't serve us, journal, meditate and go deep with our inner wisdom.
While during the sun hours schedules helps align our feminine wisdom stay contained so we don't flow all over the place.
We need both to find our inner balance. Setting up our days to find that ritual and schedule is where the magic lives.
